Are you desperate to hit the open road but are finding brand new campers are too expensive and second hands ones aren’t meeting your needs?

We can create the perfect campervan for you out of a van you already have or one you are planning to buy. Our full conversions include all new interiors with flooring, insulation, power input and sockets, upholstery, beds, kitchenettes, windows and pop top roofs all fitted to your specification.

With years of experience, our team use only the best materials to create a high quality finish in whichever colours and styles you choose. Our full conversions, including pop top crash tested roofs, are ideal for Volkswagen T4, T5, T6 and T6.1 but we can convert other makes and models.

Converting a van rather than buying a camper is a great option as it allows you to have everything done exactly how you want it and our standard top-quality full camper conversion costs just £11,250 so is substantially cheaper than a brand new custom built campervan. Depending on the specification, we can often offer a 3 to 5 week turnaround to totally convert a panel van into a campervan.

Insulation

All the insulation we fit is fire retardant with sound deadening so will help keep you safe as well as creating a quiet, warm sleeping environment.

Ply LINING

We use sophisticated CNC machining to cut our 6mm plywood panels to perfectly fit your van.

Carpeting

For your comfort and safety, we use Hi-Flex 4 way stretch lining carpet on all the metalwork and panels. It’s flame retardant and comes in a range of colours for you to choose from.

Choose from a range of bonded windows which offer both safety and privacy.

Flooring

Our flooring options are very durable and come in a variety of finishes of either vinyl or carpet to suit your tastes. We use heavy duty Altro Contrax flooring with insulation underneath.

Kitchen Units

The kitchen units we install come with everything you need but are compact and space efficient. Choose from a variety of finishes with the option of a contrasting worktop. Our full kitchen units comprise a domestic fridge, a sink/hob combination, a fold up micro switch tap with an electric water pump and two 10ltr water containers (one for fresh water and one for waste), various cupboard units with push button nickel finish catches, a wardrobe with tambour door which comes with a choice of shelves or a hanging rail, a gas locker with 50mm floor vent, a regulator and bottle strap, and a fold up table with a sliding rail system.

R&R Bed

Sit up or lie down in comfort and safety with our M1 crash tested Smart Bed EVO II R&R bed. These come with a front bed board to match the furniture with a hinge down door. For your comfort they have 4″ foam with one colour vinyl or fabric finish in many colour options. For safety, they have two inertia reel seat belts for use in the seat position. We like these beds because they aren’t only great quality, they’re also very easy to use.

12v Electrics

We install electrical systems in our campers with a 110ah leisure battery with automatic split charge system so it charges when the engine is running. It also has a 12v cigar lighter style socket, a USB charging point and four led stainless steel effect touch-sensitive downlighters.

240v Hookup

To connect your campervan to an external power source, we install a double pole consumer unit with RCD protection which comes with a double 13amp socket, a 15amp automatic battery charger and an external input plug point.

Pop Top

Get all the headspace you need with enhanced safety features and long lasting, high quality workmanship. We fit M1 crash tested and certificated vacuum-formed fiberglass pop top roofs available in either black or white as standard. The scissor hinges are laser cut and designed to use the existing fitting points of the vehicle. All other screws and fixings are the best quality stainless steel and the roofs come with side strengthening frames which are made from galvanised steel. All front elevating roofs are fitted with an above cab box section strengthening frame together with side and rear strengthening frames down both sides of the vehicle for extra crash safety. They also include gas strut-assisted bed boards which transform your van into a four-berth campervan.
